In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on the ayam11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. ayam11 does not permit access to or use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any of the foregoing persons employed by ayam11 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ayam11 platform or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or administrative decision.
• You confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws that are applicable to you personally in your specific location.

Each Member is permitted to hold one single account on the ayam11 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and accessible email address, a functional Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a secure password of your own choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ayam11 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify ayam11 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Any wager placed via your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that specific action.
• Account registration is free of charge. ayam11 will never charge a fee for creating or maintaining a member account.

All financial transactions on the ayam11 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ayam11 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large deposits in accordance with our AML policy. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases; processing times may vary during peak hours or in the event of payment provider technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the Member's own name — third-party payment destinations are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. ayam11 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for fully verified accounts; during high-volume periods this may extend to a maximum of 24 hours. Members who have not completed KYC verification (see Clause 7) will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Transaction Fees

ayam11 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges independent of ayam11. Members are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institution.

ayam11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the following general conditions which apply to all promotional activity on the platform.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before being eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on eligible betting markets within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements; bets placed with bonus funds do not contribute to clearing further bonus balances.
• ayam11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect a bonus already credited to a Member's account.
• One promotional offer per household, per IP address, and per device. Members who attempt to claim multiple accounts to access the same promotion will have all accounts closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• ayam11 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ayam11 platform. Game-specific rules, applicable to individual products such as football betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot titles, are published within each respective product section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ayam11 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and acknowledged by the platform system.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round or bet settlement that produces an erroneous result, ayam11 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Members' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface prior to bet placement.
• ayam11 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount permissible on any single market or event at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Odds and game parameters are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more legs of the accumulator are voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections at reduced odds.
• Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency and market suspension rules. ayam11 accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to in-play market suspension during live events.

In accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, ayam11 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing their first withdrawal request, and at any other time that the platform deems appropriate.

To complete KYC verification, Members must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or a valid international passport. The document must be current (not expired) and must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
2. Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence that you are the registered owner of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your name and account number).

ayam11 targets a KYC review completion time of 1–24 hours from document submission during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Members will be notified via email of the outcome of their verification review. Accounts that fail verification due to document discrepancies will be contacted with guidance on resubmission.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ayam11 platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and in most cases permanent account closure with forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using the platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity or to facilitate any transaction that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption in connection with events offered for betting on the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such activity must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as defined in Clause 5.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, following deliberate misrepresentation of your location.

ayam11 reserves the right to report any activity that it reasonably suspects constitutes a criminal offense to the relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities, and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation, including disclosure of account information and transaction records.

ayam11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. The full scope of our responsible gaming program is described in our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. The following tools are available to all Members at any time via the account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your maximum spend on the platform.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time-out reminders to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are honored immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of the time elapsed in your current session and your net wagering position.

Access to all responsible gaming tools is free of charge and does not require a minimum account balance.

All content on the ayam11 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ayam11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ayam11 content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use the ayam11 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect content from the platform for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayam11, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ayam11's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ayam11 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. ayam11 will use reasonable endeavors to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

ayam11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Member is found to have engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 8.
• The Member's KYC documentation cannot be verified to ayam11's reasonable satisfaction.
• ayam11 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity on the account.
• The account has been inactive (no login or financial transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige ayam11 to restrict access to the platform for specific individuals or jurisdictions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting ayam11 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days. Voluntary account closure does not relieve the Member of any obligations accrued prior to closure.

ayam11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ayam11 will notify active Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the ayam11 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force. All previous versions are superseded and are available upon written request to our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ayam11 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ayam11, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the ayam11 customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international gaming authority or arbitration body, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ayam11 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. ayam11 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
